My Story

I came to divorce consultation and relationship coaching through my own experiences. For 20 years, I have been researching how children thrive in the world and how they form secure attachments, and healthy relationships. I have also personally navigated marriage and divorce, built healthy adult relationships and raised three resilient and adaptable teenagers throughout the process. What I am most interested in is ensuring that children are protected and considered as adults go through what they need to do to be in a healthy, happy relationships.
